Can you develop a BIM model for an existing building? Yes. Please provide details on Gross Square Footage, number of floors, location of building, etc
Are you able to provide PM Services for Facilities IT projects? We can provide Project Management services related to IWMS systems, CMMS Systems, Data Analytics, etc.
How long does it take to develop "As-Is" CAD drawings? Based on the type of building, accessibility to all the spaces, ability to work off hours, level of detail and level of accuracy. If you can provide us additional information, we can develop a detailed proposal and schedule.
Can you help us select a new CMMS System? We can work work with your IT and Facilities staff to develop a needs analysis which will include the type of system required, number of users, integrations into existing systems, etc. Please call us and we will be happy to help you develop an action plan. We can also help develop an RFP if one is required.
